Booking & deposits

• All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment slot and are redeemable against the cost of your treatment on the day.
• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Your deposit will be carried over to the new booking.
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

Late arrivals

A 15-minute grace period is offered for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited. You will need to rebook and pay a new deposit to secure a future slot.

No-show policy

A £50 no-show fee will be charged for missed appointments where no notice has been given. If the no-show fee is not settled, the client will be blacklisted and will not be able to book any future appointments at Haus of KB.

Training academy policy

• Payment of a training deposit or course fee confirms your acknowledgment of, and agreement to, the full terms and conditions of the training program.
• In line with UK consumer law, students are entitled to a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment and booking, provided the course has not yet commenced.
• Outside of the 14-day window, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances — including non-attendance, change of mind, or failure to undertake adequate research prior to enrolling on the course.
• It is the student's responsibility to obtain adequate professional insurance before practising any treatments learnt on the course.
• The trainer reserves the right to modify course content, materials and delivery methods where necessary.
• All course content, manuals and materials remain the intellectual property of the trainer and may not be reproduced, shared or distributed without written permission.
